KETTLEBELL CLASSES FOR EVERYONE

From the beginner to the advanced Athlete- Any age at any stage of your fitness

Kettlebell workouts provide a two for one type fitness class, not only do you get strength training but cardio as well all in one workout

My Passion is to help others realize their inner athlete. I am a firm believer you can be an athlete at any age and any fitness level. Let me help you be the best you can be.  I also believe in self acceptance and accepting everyone as they are.  I am a firm believer we are all a work in progress and through hard work can achieve anything.  If you believe it, you can achieve it. 

I train with Kettlebells due to the fact Kettlebells are a great way to keep the body in motion and this is what the body was made for to be in motion. If we train with Kettlebells we not only maintain existing muscle but can even build new muscle and the more muscle you have the more you age backwards, thus 60 is the new 30!  

I not only offer group fitness classes where anyone can learn the value of training with a Kettlebell and discover why it’s one of the most effective training tools but Training in Kettlebell Sport as well. Kettlebell sport is fairly new but growing in the US.    I provide one on one training as well as online coaching and training for this amazing sport.  Through proper  programming  and technique, I can help you reach your goals and achievements.

Why train with Kettlebells?  Kettlebells require very little space and a one time investment.  Get total body training, strength and cardio with minimal equipment in one training session.   Kettlebell training by nature is core driven, thus you see results in your core, upper and lower body.  This is also a tool that any one can learn to use correctly at any age and with any body.  Fitness is about movement and staying in motion, you achieve that with Kettlebell training.  Everyone should invest in their health and this is one of the greatest investments you can make.
